BF Home Visit Fama In Spain

Here's the first of two brand new blogs!

In early December, the BF Home team were lucky enough to visit Fama sofas in Yecla, Spain.
Flying to Alicante they were whisked off to see the design & manufacturing process for themselves.

Amazingly our team were guided around Fama's headquarters by Félix López, the designer responsible for creating many of Fama's most iconic chairs.

BF Home On Tour

The main aim of this visit was to strenghten our 10 year relationship with Fama & to soak up as much knowledge (not sun) as possible. Ok, we took some quirky pictures when no one was looking, but hopefully the guys from Fama didn't see & invite us back!

So we tried out the bath! Good job it was empty.

We can now fully appreciate the amount of work & effort which goes into making each Fama sofa, our photos may look like we had a great time on a 'work jolly' but in all seriousness the team learnt so much from their hands on experience. Our staff have already spent the night at Harrison Spinks farm in Yorkshire & now have some amazing stories behind the sofas we have on display in Norwich.
