Spain, Paris & Now Milan Design Week!

We know you're looking for something different to the norm when it comes to furnishings & home accessories, so with that in mind we made sure our passports were still in date & travelled across Europe to Italy, for our latest buying trip.

Fama Sofas

We've been working alongside Spanish brand Fama since BF Home was established, creating 100's bespoke recliners, sofas & comfy accent chairs. Visiting Milan enabled us to see & try brand new Fama models first hand instead of picking them based on reccomendations or from pretty images in catalogues. We love going the extra mile literally when choosing what's right for our customers & the right fit for our store.

Seletti

Wow! Seletti are Italian manufacturers of pop-art inspired home accessories with a difference. From animal lamps to fabulous deck chairs, their showcase was inspiring, colourful & unforgettable clearly seen in our snaps. If you're looking for outrageously stylish homeware then we've hand picked some of our personal favourites which are now on display in Norwich.

Nardi Outdoor

We 'amore' or love Nardi, like what we did there?! Similar to Fama we admired Nardi's latest furniture designs in Milan such as the 'Combo 70' coffee table made from recycled materials, the 'Ombra' canopy a great companion for the 'Komodo' sofa on sunny days & also set up our next trip to Nardi's headquarters in our next blog coming soon.

Not All Fun & Games

We loved visiting Italy and the culture, style & atmosphere of Milan, although things didn't go entirely our way.
Before driving away a hire car, we had to highlight any damage to it's exterior. Out came the camera phone for a thorough 3 minute video, meticulously depicting every blemish from bumper to bonnet, only to realise our actual hire car, same make & brand, was parked several bays away 😡.
